This video installation consists of eight multi-screen video pieces and a soundscape designed by composer Carlos González.
A large part of our lives takes place in transit. This places us in the role of a perpetual traveler, moving from one place to another, identifying with an intangible sense of constant flow. In this way, the feeling of being a stranger grows stronger every day.
This piece invites contemplation—to take the time to see, to allow the world to reveal itself, to let things happen and become aware that they are happening.
It invites us to walk paths that lead nowhere. Toward ourselves. To try, even if only for a moment, to be capable of wonder at the things that are constantly unfolding in the world.
